1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by use
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used towels or textiles
- Washed items
- Items with odors, stains, or signs of use
- Items not in original condition
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time:
- Inspection: 2–5 business days
- Bank processing: 3–10 business days
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. After dispatch, the order is considered delivered and must follow the return process.
